The committee is excited to announce that Assemblywoman Donna Simon is going to be the Opening Speaker for this highly informative conference that attracts attendees from Hunterdon, Somerset, Warren, Mercer and Bucks Counties, as well as the Greater Philadelphia and New York regions.
“Our Women’s Business Summit provides an excellent environment for women in business and non-profit organizations to gain great insight and information on a variety of topics that encourage personal growth and development,” said Laura M. Cummins, Director of Membership & Events at the Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce.
This full-day program includes two rounds of breakout sessions that provide attendees with the opportunity to gather some valuable takeaways that they can easily implement post event. This year’s segments include: “Community Leadership” with Mayor Janice Kovach, “Using Technology to Build Your Personal Brand” with Maria Semple of Prospect Finder, LLC, and “Professional Development and Continuing Education” with Reena Kamins of College & Career Life.
The keynote speaker will be Ms. Kathleen McQuiggan, a Senior Consultant to the Pax World Global Women’s Equality Fund. Kathleen is a longtime activist for women’s issues in business. She has been a guest speaker at numerous conferences on women in finance including: 85Broads, Simmons College and 100 Women in Hedge Funds. “Trading ideas with other successful women is productive and inspiring.
