WHEN was the last time you stepped outside and admired the beauty of Mother Nature? Well, today is a good opportunity to do that in celebration of National Garden Meditation Day.
Started by a woman known as Garden Lady, she encourages everyone to use their gardens as a mediation spot. Meditation has a long history as a way to calm our minds and spirits, and meditation in a garden really connects you with nature and mankind simultaneously.
You can either go into the garden for a private moment of self-introspection, or you can join others in organised public garden meditations
